Nou Ned Nou La is a zine which focuses on my perception and interpretation of the film Freda by Gessica Généus, (2021). In the course of my writing, I seek to highlight all the subjects addressed openly or with subtlety by the director concerning the political, economic and social situation in Haiti, through the daily life of a family for whom poverty, violence and corruption are constantly part of the picture.
